This FGC webcam at Port Ainé, in the Pallars Sobirà area of the Catalan Pyrenees, looks over the area around the resort's mountain hotel at about 2,000 m. The frame shows a children's area with an entrance arch, a wooden cabin, play structures, a covered conveyor running up a gentle slope, service tracks and a ski run climbing through pine forest toward higher ground.
Port Ainé is a resort above the village of Rialp, near Sort, known for its family-friendly slopes and for its hotel set right on the mountain at 2,000 m, set right beside the slopes. The resort is run by FGC, the Catalan government's railway and mountain company. In summer the area offers hiking and mountain views across the Pallars valleys.
