Donggang is an urban township on the southwest coast of Pingtung County, Taiwan, at the mouth of the Donggang River, with about 46,000 residents in early 2024. It is one of Taiwan's largest fishing ports and is especially famous for its bluefin tuna, along with mullet roe (karasumi) and sakura shrimp. Ships have used the harbor since the seventeenth century, when Koxinga's forces developed it as a port, and it remained an important trading town into the late 1800s. Donglong Temple, dedicated to Lord Wen, is the spiritual heart of the town, and the King Boat Cultural Museum tells the story of its most famous tradition.

Seafood lovers visit from April to June for the bluefin tuna season, and every three years the King Boat Festival ends with a richly built wooden ship burned on the beach before dawn; the last one was in October 2024, and the next is planned for 2027.

Ferries leave Donggang for Xiaoliuqiu, a coral island known for its sea turtles, and the Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area, a large lagoon, lies just south of the town.
